These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application ("App") developed and published by the Developer. By using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App analyzes recordings of babies' cries using artificial intelligence to suggest potential reasons for the crying. It is offered on a subscription basis and includes features such as local cry history storage and the ability to submit feedback to help improve the service.

You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
The App is available as a monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Charges will be billed to your Apple ID account.
Audio recordings are processed for the sole purpose of generating analysis results. If you choose to submit feedback on a cry analysis, the corresponding recording will be temporarily stored for generating an improved result, then deleted immediately. No recordings are retained without your consent. Submitted recordings are not stored on any server beyond the processing step, and you may opt out of submitting feedback at any time.
The App provides AI-generated suggestions that are for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider if you are concerned about your baby’s health.
All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by the Developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without permission.
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
